France
Our lease has a one-month notice period, with no commitment. However, we prioritize bookings for long-term stays of more than 3 months.
Germany
The minimum rental period is 6 months. After that, you can either extend your lease or terminate it with one month's notice.
Belgium
The lease is for 6 months, with 3 months' notice and no commitment. You have the option of renewing this term, one or more times, for a maximum period of 3 years.
No, we do not provide bed sheets by default. However, we can offer them as an additional service upon request. Please let us know in advance if you would like to include bed sheets in your booking, and we will make the necessary arrangements.
Outside of office hours, during weekends and public holidays, a dedicated number will be available to assit you in case of an emergency.
Some of our private flats are located within XXL buildings, offering common spaces that facilitate connections with fellow residents. You will be able to socialize, engage in community activities, and enjoy the privacy of your own flat simultaneously.
